Cancellation of orders:

Cancellations can be requested before production or printing begins. You can cancel an order by sending an email to info@blissink.in with your Order Details.

Customer Service Representatives confirm cancellations with you. We will cancel your order in 1-2 days after you submit the cancellation request.

You may receive a refund depending on the policy of your bank after confirmation. You will be notified by email that your order has been cancelled.

Once an order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

We are unable make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

We can cancel any order at our discretion. You will be notified of our decision via email sent to your registered email address. You can either choose to replace your order with a brand new one, after paying the additional amount or request a refund.

We accept Exchanges and Replacements for an Item if you meet the following requirements:

Before ordering, please check a sample of the same product and color.

No refunds will be given after production starts and complete.

We are not liable for any printing issues such as color mismatches and pixelation.

If there is any issues with your product, you can raise a replacement request within 24 hours of receiving the product.

If this is your first order that you're returning for a size/design/colour/change, we won't replace/exchange.

Labels and tags should be still attached to the products.

The product must be in an untouched, unwashed state.

The product must be returned in the original packaging.

If it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled, we may refuse to accept the return.​
Replacement Exclusions:

We do not offer COVID-19 masks or other related products.

We do not replace the product as it is a surprise.

We do not sell replacement boxers due to hygiene reasons.

If your request does not meet the criteria, we will not be able to replace it or exchange it.

Please note that the above-mentioned policy of exchange and replacement does not apply to custom orders. Please note this.​
Refunds:

We will refund you the amount as wallet credit, or coupon.

Please send us an email within 24 hours if you received a defective item. Include details of your order, nature of the problem, and a video of the unboxing.

Blissink will not refund any amount you have paid if, following our verification, we determine that the defect is caused by your actions and omissions.

Please note that shipping and cod fees will not be refunded.

We are unable to refund COD orders due to limitations in our processes. You can choose to receive an immediate replacement or store credit.
